Nowadays, it seems like everthing goes and it’s spilling over to colleges & universities across the country. College students with an odd talent may be able to win some weird scholarships paying for his/her tuition. If you have the best duck call then your in the weird scholarship money. If you are sort of a spinster in your personal life then you may win one odd scholarship. David letterman has his very own oddball scholarship and you do not have to have a good GPA, just attend college. Leave it to Dave for this sort of award. You can even get scholarships for being a good bowler. There are even weird college scholarships for having a certain name. There’s no end on this and I can keep going on and on. I think the colleges nowadays need to increase their enrollment so they are making up ways to get students into their schools. I don’t know if I should laugh at them or applaud them because afterall they are providing a wonderful service for some people who would not be able to pay their way through college. Especially with this type of odd talent.
