Along with everything else we buy, print magazines have become quite pricey. For the cost of a single issue, you can buy a book! Not so long ago, you might not have thought twice about buying the latest issue of your favorite mag. Now, with prices of $6 to $10 and more, we’re much less likely to buy a print edition, unless we know and love the magazine. Perhaps this explains why most print magazines now publish online as well and accounts for the surge in online magazines which do not issue print editions at all.
